Annual Women’s Retreat happens every spring. We invite you to come away for a weekend of personal and spiritual growth as well as fellowship, fun and rest. Invite a friend to join you!
There are options for single, double, triple or quad rooms, and for a Sunday morning golf outing at the end of the retreat. LPC member and artist Mia Moore will offer a Saturday morning art workshop. Prices include all resort amenities, housekeeping and all meals from Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast.
Meet Our Speaker:
Rev. Courtney Ellis grew up in northern Wisconsin where she and her two sisters swam in the lake all summer and played ice hockey all winter. A graduate of Wheaton College in Illinois (B.A. in Communication, 2005) and Loyola University of Chicago (M.A. in English literature, 2006), before entering the ministry, Courtney served as an Adjunct in Communications and English at both Wheaton College and Rider University (NJ). Courtney attended Princeton Theological Seminary, where she received her M.Div. in 2010. Courtney served as the solo pastor at First Presbyterian Church in Clinton, Wisconsin since 2011. She is now on staff at Presbyterian Church of the Master in Mission Viejo. She and her husband, Daryl, have two preschool-aged sons named Lincoln and Wilson.
