By God’s grace, we desire to be a caring reminder of God’s presence in painful seasons of life as well as in the midst of great joy. We support the bereaved, hospitalized, terminally ill, and others facing a crisis or life challenge. Our pastors, deacons, and grief team are available to walk with you through the trials and joys on the journey of life.
Our team of ordained deacons seeks to connect you with our church family and provide support and help in times of need, such as a new birth, aging, illness, or the death of a loved one. We are here to demonstrate God’s love in practical care.
Health Ministries Nurses
LPC’s Health Ministries Nurses educate and help care for our congregation’s physical, mental, and spiritual needs. We are partially enabled through Hoag Hospital. Health Ministries Nurses provide monthly Blood Pressure Checks, Flu Shots, Skin-Cancer Screening, Red Cross Blood Drives, monthly health-related articles, and health-related programs throughout the year. All medical professionals are welcome to join us!
The GALS Group is a caring and fun community for widows of all ages that meets monthly on Sunday evenings for dinner, conversation, and support.
